I got a burger with no bun which was really good. Fries are cooked in the same fryer as beer breaded fish so no fries. They can do a side salad instead of fries. Ordering with your phone at the table is hard since there's no easy way to change things around to be easily gf. Staff was knowledgeable

Had the veggie tacos. No gluten free menu, but waitress was knowledgeable on how to make tacos GF.

This is the restaurant thats part of the Firestone Brewery, so its not surprising that they don't have a GF menu or special options. But they do have a good selection of salads and burgers and sandwiches made without bread. Staff was friendly and more knowledgeable than I expected, as they pointed out that the fries were coated and offered us salads instead.
