Review of The Taste Asian Bistro

No understanding of what gluten is, no assurance of safety for allergies, and did not even gluten free soy sauce. I told our waitress about my allergy and asked about the spicy tuna roll, which she said DID have gluten. I asked to substitute the spicy tuna for regular tuna. I was brought spicy tuna and didn’t realize until after I had taken a bite. This was worse than accidental contamination, since the waitress knew of my allergy and brought me what she KNEW I was allergic to. It could have been the kitchen staff or my waitress, but either way I would not go back.
