Had a burger with mushrooms, grilled onions, and Swiss. It was served as a salad die to lack of bun. They chunked the burger into bite size bits for ease of one hand eating. They know their menu and where the contamination is on the line. They fully clean their grill before cooking celiac meals on it. They don't have a separate frier so no fries to go with my burger salad but it was a good burger. No gf buns on the truck unfortunatly.
