Used to be a favorite of ours, but they got rid of their dedicated fryer. All fried foods use the same fryer. They said the new fryer was on back order for over a year. Now they don’t plan to replace it.

The Tav used to be a favorite of ours, but sadly not so much anymore. The last couple times the food has been lousy. The GF chicken strips were like cardboard , fries ok, staff not knowledgeable or caring. This last time, the gf fryer was broken, the burger was cardboard and I ordered a White Claw and was given a smashed can that I could barely drink out of it and they were too busy to even check back. This was someplace we looked forward to going while in town, not sure we’ll go back.

Service was fantastic. I had the gf chicken strips and fries. Absolutely tasty. I had BBQ and ranch dips to go with. My husband had Non-gf fish and chips and they were really good. My husband is the main cook in our family and is very stingy with compliments.

Dedicated fryer. GF items are on the main menu

Found not to be celiac safe. Called a few times with unclear answers. At a later date tried & went over celiac with employees who after asking around said they would try their best not to contaminate & made us feel confident and then got extremely ill after eating. Attempted a second try after some time went by due to hearing a family member has celiac so they understood & employees said not able to make celiac safe so we didn’t order. Orders were fries & GF burgers.

FOOD POISONING! 3 of the 7 people in our family ate here and all had severe vomiting and diarrhea. Even those without Celiac or any gluten intolerance. Just straight up food poisoning. We will never ever go back. Everyone who ate somewhere else did not get sick.

RUDE! I was traveling and did a quick search of gluten-free in this area I this restaurant popped up I saw that it was a bar and called ahead to make sure that I could place an order TO GO and go inside VERY QUCIK TO PAY CASH with my almost 2-year-old to pick it up the woman on the phone was extremely nice to me and said yes that would not be a problem. When I got there the woman inside was extremely rude to me at the The front door and I told her about my situation and then she told me that right across the street there was a gluten-free restaurant that was family-friendly and I was thinking to myself if it was really that big of a deal when the lady on the phone told me that ? If you have kids this is not the place for you. Next time we will try The palace! I did ask if they had a dedicated GF FRYER and she said yes. I wouldn't recommend based on service I received. Very upsetting when it's already hard enough to find a place to eat and then be recommended something else after VERY RUDELY is even more upsetting! Sorry I spent almost $15 at your establiment

The chicken strips & shoe string fries were great! They also serve redbridge gluten free beer. And I loved the community atmosphere, it felt like everyone was comfortable & knew each other. If we pass through again we will definitely stop.

This is the perfect "fast food stop" on road trips- we placed a to-go order & my daughter w/celiac was so excited to have chicken strips & fries gluten free, as they do have a GF fryer. My husband was especially excited to visit his old college stomping grounds. We will be back!

I have never had a reaction to the food here, and my meals have always been very good. It's nice to eat at a place where I don't have to be paranoid about cross contamination. Keep it up Tav!

Awesome place. Good atmosphere, fast service, nice outdoor area. They do use udi's buns, but they are super fresh and not dry at all. Tasty gluten free fries as well. Been here 4 times within the last 2 weeks for work and everything has been excellent.

One of the owners has Celiac so the staff is very knowledgable! They use a dedicated fryer for the fries, which I found to have the perfect bendy/crunchy balance fries shod have! I also ordered a cheese burger which came on a toasted GF bun that was very good. Great service, great food, great atmosphere! I'd go again.

Fantastic fries cooked in dedicated fryer. GF buns available (Udi's, I think) but are dry and crumbly. Skip the burger and get extra fries.

Offer burgers on GF buns as well as a dedicated frier for the fries. They also offer a few GF beer & hard cider options.
