Ate here twice, once for lunch and again for breakfast. Lunch was more limited but my chili had great flavor. It is a great breakfast spot with plenty of GF/Paleo/Keto options. They serve their breakfast menu all day. The chicken sausage was fantastic.

The food was great, the staff were very friendly, and I felt pretty confident getting safe food here. They had a whole paleo section that is gluten free and dairy free, and I ordered an eggs Benedict with sweet potato hash.

Many gf options and felt completely fine from the food!

Food itself was pretty good overall, just very pricey. Omelet and home fries were great. I’d stay away from the gluten free bread, it was awful(probably because it’s also paleo which wasn’t mentioned).

Great place for breakfast. Large section of the menu is clearly labeled Keto/Paleo/Gluten Free and includes pancakes, waffles, French toast, omelets, and more. The Keto Eggs Benny was excellent with sweet potato and bacon hash.

Ton of gluten free options. Huge 12” wide pancakes with a lot of great flavors/types. I got a bacon apple pie gf pancake. All of their GF stuff are paleo too. Cant wait to come back!

Many options for GF. The waitress made sure to warn me that the kettle chips are prepared in a shared fryer and offered an alternative. The clam chowder was so silky and tasty. My non-GF hubby loved it too. Am going back for their amazing selection of pancakes that can be made GF! Service and atmosphere were lovely and they are very serious about making sure to take the proper precautions for COVID.

Lovely New England diner with a wide variety of gluten free options, and an owner who knows cross-contact is serious. I remain leery of any kitchen that must mix gluten-containing flour on the premises. But other than that (rather serious) concern, Tea Kettle is simply wicked ace. From French toast to pancakes, breakfast meats and both novel and traditional breakfast plates, this spot is always a good gluten free stop. You can't beat Old Saybrook either, or the ambience.

The food is great and I love the atmosphere here, but every time I have eaten here I have been glutened, even sticking to the same meal “gf” marked meal of poached eggs each time. Maybe okay for those of you who are "gluten intolerant", true celiacs err on the side of caution.

The menu was clearly marked with symbols for gluten free and the paleo items were listed as such in the item name. I had paleo applewood bacon and a paleo zucchini muffin. Both very good.
