Review of The Thornhill

The Thornhill offer GF options for most meals. The menu states that they have GF bread, flour and pasta and will attempt to provide GF options across the menu. I ordered Halloumi to start and Roast beef, alongside two 'muggle' meals. I asked if they could do GF gravy and Yorkshire Puddings with the beef. The waitress said she'd check if they had done GF puddings and then came back to the table to confirm they did. She then asked if the Halloumi starter needed to be GF, I hadn't realised it came with pitta bread, so I confirmed it would. It was a lovely meal, service was amazing and I wasn't made to feel like a 'fusspot'.
