The Tiffin Truck

Tiffin Truck serves up some of the best Indian cuisine in Cambridge and has many gluten-free options. The menu is clearly marked, and for the most part, the staff are knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross-contamination. I had one visit where the server did not know about their gluten free options so the manager came to speak to me. I personally stay away from the dal makhani as they have been unable to tell me if the lentils they use have a "may contain" warning. The upmarket sister of Tiffin Truck across town, Navadhanya is also an excellent choice for gluten-free Indian food.

Loved the food. Menu shows exactly what allergens are in each dish, and the servers understand what celiac disease is, and treat it responsibly. Would recommend, great food, perfectly salty and spicy. I recommend the mamas curry dish

Menu has all allergens marked very clearly, plenty of options for gluten free diners. Great food and quick service!
