Celiacs beware! I assumed because they have gluten free buns that their kitchen at least understood what gluten was. This was a mistake. We asked our server if their lettuce wraps were GF and he was unsure so went to ask the kitchen. He came back and reported that they were, in fact GF. Nope. I took one bite and could taste the soy sauce (it is a different flavor than tamari, and I could tell immediately). I called the server over to confirm and he said, "no soy sauce, but there is soy ginger". Clearly they do not teach their staff about food! He went back to check with the kitchen and then confirmed it was, in fact, soy sauce. They just don't know what it means and they don't understand the problems it causes. If you are a celiac, I would avoid this place!
