We went hoping it would be a good experience based on other reviews. Most of the serving staff was standing around inside and came out to service the people sitting outside sporadically. I clearly ordered a pesto based gluten free pizza and received a tomato based pizza. They offered to remake the pizza but I didn’t have time to wait. The server comped the incorrect pizza as it was one I could not eat. Service was mediocre at best.
Went for dinner. Waitstaff very knowledgeable about GF/Celiac. Server let us sample the soup of the day before ordering as it was a kind made with bananas and curry. It was tasty but didn’t end up ordering it. I had the spinach salad and a GF pizza. Crust was thinner than I expected after reading other reviews but it was very good.

This place has the best gluten free and dairy free pizzas and sandwiches. The best I've ever had. I highly recommend them.
They have been the most responsive restaurant for food allergies/sensitivities that I have ever been to in the Knoxville area 🥰 Love them!!
I highly recommend this place. I had some delicious pizza with actual doughy crust not a flat circle like most GF pizza. Most salad dressings are GF and they had GF desserts on the menu. The staff was also knowledgeable about what GF means. 10/10!!!
Love that they offer gluten and dairy free cheese for pizzas and sandwiches. Do not love the $3 upcharge for each. Definitely not budget friendly but yummy.
My husband had a GF pizza and he said it rates pretty high on the pizza crust scale. They make their own crust instead of using premade frozen crusts.

The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. They offer many lunch, dinner, and desserts!! The best part was the vegetarian and vegan options also!!

I’m currently on a detox and cannot have any dairy or gluten! This place had so many options for me and I LOVED what I ordered! Waiter was very accommodating and very knowledgeable! Very impressed! Definitely recommend
Ordered gluten free pizza stated that I had an allergy. When the pizza came I ate it, when the ticket came it was discovered that I was given regular pizza. Was sick before I could get home. Will take months before my stomach is back to normal(for me). I would not recommend, very expensive for what is offered
The service was incredible. GF knowledgeable. If we come back this way again on our way back to MN we will stop again. The food was really delicious!
Very patient with all my questions. Explained how they handled food and why they call it "gluten friendly." Their GF pizza was one of the best we've eaten and the GF chocolate chip cookies were outstanding!
Love this place! The staff are always so helpful and friendly. The gf bread is amazing. And the gf cupcakes..red velvet cake and mocha.... so worth a visit to Knoxville. Thankfully...this has proven to be a safe eating place for my family. The wait staff advises all gf baking is done in the same bakery so there is a chance of contamination. So far so good for rme...as I am extremely sensitive.
LOVE their GF bread! Some of the best I've ever had! Made my sandwich SO special. Also had GF chocolate cupcake--a real treat!
My celiac daughter has the pizza a few hours ago and is now throwing up in the bathroom. This place is NOT gluten free. I would avoid it if you are celiac.
Really enjoyed my meal here, even if it was a bit pricey. Had an enjoyable GF pizza (just wish they identified GF options more clearly on the menu) and an AWESOME GF cupcake. There were plenty of happy people when I dined, and the staff were friendly. Definitely a good choice. Reason for 4-star is that they don't list what on the menu is GF or GF possible. Just say a crust and bread are available.
I have always had wonderful experiences here. I usually get a burrito. One time I asked if they had gluten free calzones and the waiter said," no only pizza." So I responded with ok I'll have the pizza...well I ended up in the ER with the worst celiac attack I have EVER had. Point of this post is to remind you to clarify that you need GLUTEN FREE. :)
