Attended a 40th Anniversary party. Menu is marked gf and gfa. Separate kitchen is used for GF food prep. All surfaces cleaned prior to making food. Server washed hands before touching my plate every time. Separate fryer on site. Staff was very accommodating. They didn't have the particular meal I wanted as they were out. Fish Friday the day before. They offered a different type of fish; however, to make it easy for them, I just asked for potatoes, broccoli, and a chicken breast. It was fine. I am told the other food on the menu both GF and glutenous tasted great. I was happy with their cross contamination process.
