Great place! Super quick service especially for a weekend - gluten free menu and just specified it was for an allergy. Yummy and had no issues - definitely recommend!

This place was great! Quick service and nice staff members. You order at the counter and then find a table & your food is brought to you. They have a separate gluten free menu as well as a separate area in their kitchen to prepare gluten free items. Ate a yummy omelette and potatoes with no problems!

I would recommend this little gem to anyone within a 100mile radius. The food was fantastic and they truly cater to all food allergies. We spoke to the owner and she is passionate about people having a safe dining experience. It felt like if I had many food restrictions she would find me something to eat here! She takes everything very seriously and takes time to train her staff so they understand the ”why”.

They had a completely separate GF menu with a bunch of alternatives for us GF folk! Large portion sizes at a decent price, best pancakes i’ve had since going GF!

This is probably some of the best GF lunch food that I’ve had in San Diego. There is a dedicated page on the menu with gluten free options. They don’t have a separate fryer for fries but instead of fries they offer an sliced potato alternative that’s just as good. I ordered a burger and was glad I didn’t have to pay a crazy amount for it, especially with how good it tasted. Highly recommend this place.

I've eaten here countless times and have never gotten sick. They have a separate prep area and the food is amazing. Get the Cinnamon roll pancakes for something sweet or the Turkey Club for something Savory. They also have amazing GF muffins from Moxie Baking Company.

My celiac daughter loved her BLT! We were so afraid to eat out but so far she is doing great. No issues! I am gf but not celiac, and the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes were awesome!!! The waiter was very reassuring about separate prep stations and grills, and when the food was delivered there were little "gluten free" stakes on the plates. Nice touch! My ONLY concern is the eco straws they provide. Be careful as many of the commercial ones contain wheat! My daughter has never reacted but I have read that there could be issues. The water cups are plastic so we were nervous, but if you bring your own straw (or chance drinking from the plastic cup) you will not have to worry at all. So happy to have this place near us!

Great Breakfast. I ate there twice on vacation and didn’t get sick. Had gluten free pumpkin muffin and gluten free toast, eggs and bacon. Nice gluten free menu.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Their gluten free cinnamon pancakes are DELICIOUS! My non-gf loved them so much they wanted their own. Highly recommend!

The owner was very nice and knowledgeable about Celiac. She came to our table and welcomed us after she found out we were eating there because we were GF. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll pancakes. Amazing!!! My son has Celiac and did not get sick.

omg yesssss lord jesus in heaven! dedicated gf menu and knowledgeable staff. I had the cinnamon roll pancakes and died right there. got a veggie sandwich for later and it was on point after sitting on my counter for 5 hours. great ambience and fun atmosphere. my son had bacon chocolate pancakes combo and he loves it as well. I will be back...in fact going back tomorrow with my mom for brunch!😀☕

This is our favorite restaurant. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about Celiac and truly safe GF dining. GF menu is extensive and their cinnamon roll pancakes are to die for - better than regular ones. Service is always top notch. Too bad they stopped serving dinner. But it's still a great breakfast/brunch/lunch place. The only downside is that they do not have a dedicated fryer, so don't expect to be able to eat their fries.

I had a SANDWICH for the first time in 13 years. It was the most delicious club I've ever had. GF blueberry muffin easy to die for!

Amazing! Large selection of gluten free food- clearly marked food- it has its own menu!!!! The waitstaff is super friendly and the decor is beautiful! I had the cinnamon roll pancakes- and let me tell you, I will be making a special trip out there for those again!

Gf biscuits were nice and flacky, but the muffin were not as good.

I had the turkey club with bacon, and it was the highlight of my day! So good! It came with a side salad and I didn't expect much from the side salad after the delicious and filling sandwich (great bread) but the vinaigrette made it soooooo delicious! I was very pleasantly surprised. Great stuff!

Had a Denver omelette with fruit and a slice of Gluten free toast and it was great! No reaction. They don't guarantee to it being safe from cross-contamination but they prepare gluten free things in its own dedicated area. Plenty of options too. I'm a Celiac and I'll be going back for a second trip.

Substantial gluten free menu and knowledgable staff. I have celiac disease and come here frequently and have never had any negative effects. They are very aware of contamination issues and have a separate area for gluten free food preparation. At one point I tried to order French fries and they let me know they are not gluten free due to cross contamination in their fryer, which I consider an indication of a high level of awareness on their part.
