Delicious options but please be aware that since Covid they have completely changed. The café is no longer open as it was, nor is the salad bar. It’s now grab and go only. That being said, every day of the week, they have a hot item that is almost always gluten-free. And they also have grab and go things like salads, sandwiches, and desserts

Amazing sandwiches with excellent gluten free bread options! Their sides are fruit or chips so you can round out your meal. Their sandwiches are really unique and absolutely delicious!! They even have vegan sandwich options. This is a really neat cafe inside a health food grocery store so there are a ton of gluten free items you can shop for while you are there as well. Their salad bar is always fresh, and they often have make-and take gluten free items as well. I love this place!
