I am very sensitive to cross contamination, but I’ve never had any problems with the arepas. Coffee is great as well.

The GF wraps were so good! They had plenty of options and the staff were really good with helping.

They do not have a gluten free menu, they are NOT a gluten free friendly restaurant. They offer a GF wrap on which they put meats that are NOT gluten free!! Plus the staff are RUDE!!

I had their cheese arepa and it was great! They specified that the kitchen wasn’t dedicated gf. I’m celiac and very sensitive to gluten but the arepas were baked so I had no issue. Great little cafe.

Not dedicated GF space but does have GF rice wraps and Arepas...a white corn flour roll.
