Review of The Union Hotel

GF items marked on menu (a reasonable amount of variety!). As a celiac, I double checked with bar staff who were both knowledgeable and understanding, and checked with kitchen staff. They also wrote it on the docket.

I ordered an eggplant parmigiana (not greasy!) that came with steamed veggies (substitute for fries as there was no GF fryer) and salad. Great meal, felt very comfortable.
