Everything on the menu is stated to be gluten-free except their chorizo, sausage. and flour tortilla.
When I was working through their menu they kept saying x item isn't gluten-free. Their menu was not clearly marked also as to what is and isn't gluten-free.
Asked me just how "how serious is my allergy" I was, and stated that there was tons of cross-contamination and maybe I'd be better off eating at another restaurant, despite their menu seeming like it wants to cater to celiac.
Unbelievably bad customer service, I had to ask about every item on the menu and they aren't even confident about what's gluten-free. They have a very unusual mask service, you put it on to talk to them, and then when you get your food you walk 2 feet away and sit down and take off your mask in a shared dining area, comical is the way I'd describe it. Completely ineffective and clown style.
Great food but from what I've heard, but it's advertised as celiac friendly and is anything but.
There are two Vegan Nom trucks in this trailer space - the taco one is gluten free - the burger one is not. Everything but the flour tortilla, chorizo and sausage is gluten free. This place mimics meat and fish amazingly and everything is so delicious and fresh! Has a kids menu too.
