Such a gem!! I cannot believe that this place is not already listed on this app! It is listed on Google with raving reviews!! Unfortunately I only discovered this place the day before I had to leave but I still squeezed in two visits!! They have the best sandwich that I have ever had I think!! The guy who works there is so so sweet and was very knowledgeable about the ingredients (for example the BBQ sauce has a bit of wheat in it!). He has a gluten-free bread made of sweet potato and the falafel and veggie burger are both gluten-free as well! I got a sandwich with the piña chutney and it was unbelievably good!! You must try it! The papas fritas are also the best that I have had anywhere in Peru!!
