I've tried several of the pho bowls both here and at their Stokes Croft restaurant and they're all delicious. They come with rice noodles as standard, and will swap the base stock if needed to make sure you get the gluten free one. Staff seemed very knowledgeable about their dishes and how to make them safe for coeliac.
