I've been twice now. Both times he waitress went above and beyond, even bringing out packaging so I could read ingredients. I've had the pho both times and wasn't sick at all. Definitely coming back. I just wish there were a few more options.

Don’t come here if you are gluten free, everything is fried in a gluten soy sauce and they only other option is plain and it’s super bland. I’m never coming back to this place. The waitress seemed to be mad I was asking so many questions but she was reluctantly willing to ask the kitchen my questions.
