Review of The Waffle Experience

Don’t let lack of specific GF menu scare you away from this place! I was hesitant at first because the last thing I need on a quick cross country weekends getaway is to get glutened. Soooo glad I checked this place out. Staff super knowledgeable about celiac needs and the managers own child has an even more extreme food related condition so he was beyond helpful in putting my mind at ease. They can make almost anything on menu GF with the exception of fried items (they will grill the protein if want to convert a fried item to gf). Potatoes are fried in a dedicated fryer so are the exception to that rule. Ever my person who served us from seating to food runner all warned me of even considering trying my bfs non gf foods although I wouldn’t have it was amazing to be treated like they understood the severity of celiac and not like a burden. Great place great food great service. I wish they’d open some back home we’d eat here once a week for sure!
