They don't have a menu for GF but they do make every pancake and waffle gluten free. While they don't have 100% maple syrup (the only GF type of syrup), they have Cherry, Strawberry, and Blueberry fruit toppings that are a good substitute for syrup. the wait was about 20 minutes for the non-Gluten Free and another 10 for the gluten free waffle. the blueberry topping tasted canned and really clashes with the waffle but the pancakes are great sizes and tasty, the omelette was filling and pretty large, and while the fried pickles we're breaded with standard cornmeal-base they weren't bad. prices are pretty reasonable too!
