Items made with out gluten containing ingredients are marked GF on the menu. However, if you let them know you have celiac (I do) they will explain which items have a cross contamination risk and which you can eat. They even called the owner who called the manufacturer to ensure that the soyrizo in the breakfast burrito was GF. The staff was friendly and helpful and they take the risks of cross contamination so seriously. However, rely on the staff, not the menu if you have celiac.
