A good place to meet people or get a good coffee!
The Cuban is my favorite as its a nice mix of bitter and sweet. I saw some gluten free muffins on the top shelf of their small counter display that looked good! It's cool that their profits go towards building wells with filtered water in developing countries, too.
A nice caffeine stop in Fishers!
Smoothies and refreshers are the only things they make in the blender. Fresh and minimal ingredients. Items labeled on the menu (does have disclosure that may have cross-contact).
This trendy coffee shop has excellent gluten free foods! The current cook at the Fishers location has personal experience with Celiac Disease and works to provide gluten free pastries that are safe for many dietary restrictions. The pastries are amazing - there are freshly baked muffins (some of which are dairy free too!), made from scratch biscuits, and proteins that can pair well with any of the pastries to make a good meal to go along with the great coffee. This coffee shop is a non-profit that provides fair trade coffee while partnering with water projects in the areas that source the coffee. Overall this is a must go place for anyone with any level of gluten intolerance, allergies, etc.
