No gluten dedicated gluten free fryer. Lots of fried food labled gluten free dispite this. Dissapointing care for allergins for the price being paid

Great hotel. Two restaurants and a really good bar. Nothing explicitly gluten free on the menu, but I took a shot and asked if they had gluten free toast and they did! Not bad toast. Good service.
