I ate here twice recently. I had a hamburger one time and a grouper sandwich both times I had French fries. Dee and Ryan at the Tortuga Beach Bar were very knowledgeable about what I could have. They have gluten free buns and the dedicated fryer for fries.

I ate at Ferdinand’s pretty much every day for a week. Overall, I had a good experience and although staff is knowledgeable and understands cross contamination, I did get glutened after eating their grilled chicken. After suspecting something was off, I tested a piece on the Nima tester and the results confirmed the presence of Gluten. The safe menu items that I tried were the snapper and scrambled eggs breakfast. Also note their yogurt is not GF.

I ate two breakfasts and one lunch while staying at the Westin . They made nachos and pizza gluten free and I had no problem. I wish I read Joes review before the second breakfast. I just had a small amount of the yogurt and it didn’t go well after. I always informed them I was gluten free. Despite the yogurt mishap I am very happy staying here and would come back.

Beach House is amazing and very accommodating! I adore the food & service!

Great resort and all 3 restaurants on property were able to accommodate my Celiac needs (Beach House, Ferdinand’s and Tortuga). They had gluten free bread and buns, pancakes, pasta available if I wanted it. Highly recommend staying here or at least eating here if you’re visiting Grand Cayman.
