Naupaka Beach Grill offers friendly helpful service and will modify menu options to be gluten free. Buns were available for burgers. We had the nachos, and the cheese sauce was also gluten free.

Naupaka Beach Grill has some GF options and they will make accommodations for you. No dedicated fryer though.
Ikenas Landing had decent GF breakfast options and they were fairly accommodating to a celiac teen.
Piko Coffee + Bar was extremely limited. Fruit and yogurt were about the only options.
Granola used in the hotel restaurants is GF but not safe for celiac.

Gluten free bread available
No gluten free buns
Gluten free pancakes available. A bit gooey but not bad.
They will help you determine what is gluten free which is nice but the options feel a bit limited.

Since Marriott took over the gluten free pancakes are no longer available. They do have gluten free bread, but toast is not pancakes and my review is tainted by not getting what I went there for. If you are familiar with Marriott, this is more of that with better seafood.

Gluten free bread. Items on menu labeled GF.
Upscale dining with beautiful views. Part of their menu is labeled with gf, but they are very accommodating with making dishes gluten free. Knowledgeable about celiac. I had no reactions and ate there twice.

Fish tacos were delicious. Staff were knowledgeable. No problems!

They have 3 restaurants at the hotel: Ocean Terrace for breakfast, Beach Bar, and Ocean Grille (dinner only). The staff were fantastic at the breakfast buffet -- they brought me the best GF pancakes I have ever had, every morning, with safe mac nut butter and maple syrup. The Beach Bar has several options that are or can be made GF (they have GF bread for sandwiches and burgers, nachos were naturally safe, etc). The Coast Grille was knowledgeable, but in order to make dishes safely, they ended up serving plain grilled fish or meat without sauces, so less impressive. But stayed there 8 nights and never got sick, which is a big win.
