I've driven passed this pub many times and always wanted to visit, especially after they put out a sandwich board advertising they do gluten free. It is charming, homely place and the staff were delightful. I was driving so didn't enquire about any gluten free beers. They had 2 very extensive menus; their regular menu and the daily specials. The regular menu didn't seem to have any allergen advice on it, but the daily specials did. I went for pulled pork in a poppadom to start (amazing) and chilli con carne (also delicious), which was supposed to come with garlic bread, but they switched this to a poppadom for me. It took me ages to decide what to have, I was torn between the chilli and the hot pot. The portion sizes were generous, so sadly I don't have room for a dessert, but I will be back to try the trifle! Absolute gem of a place and the staff were very knowledgeable about gluten free.
