No issues with respect to celiac, just some of the worst food I’ve ever had in my entire life. Everyone at my table disliked their food. They also forgot our drinks and never addressed it :(

Got sick 1-2 hours after the meal. Multiple times. Also, the food was basically inedible it was overpriced and something I felt could've been prepared at home, tasting better and with better texture. It was not worth it at all even if I hadn't gotten so ill. Celiac

I’ve eaten here twice while passing through Nashville, 06/2019 and 06/2021. Great food! Good dairy free options as well as it’s a vegetarian restaurant. The nachos are wonderful, as is the lentil bowl and the stir fry. They have a several GF alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks available. I have celiac and didn’t get sick either visit.

Pretty good vegetarian food. Slow service. I freaked out when I tasted the tempeh because it tasted like there was soy sauce. It was bragg’s coconut aminos, so it was safe. Good prices.

Felt very confident about server’s knowledge of Celiac disease and cross-contamination. I am very sensitive to cross-contamination and did not get sick. Nearly everything on the menu is gluten-free. I had the sweet potato and black bean tacos with pineapple coleslaw. Delicious and wonderful to eat out without fear of getting sick.

Refreshing meatless meals within a 15 minute drive from Downtown Memphis. We had the spinach & artichoke dip & blue corn tortilla chips- that was tasty. The sweet potato & black bean tacos were layered with a full range of flavors & textures- salty, sour, sweet & crunchy were all represented. The veggie quinoa bowl was chock full of seasonal veggies, garlic, a fair amount of potatoes and quinoa. Quite hearty and perfect for a non vegetarian. All of our choices were gluten free and they are versed in cooking it safely. This place is casual and eclectic where they proudly post they are an all inclusive space.

Cute, quirky place. We've dined here a few times and i like the taco salad with black beans, daiya cheese, salsa verde over blue corn chips but i can't help but feel like there aren't that many great entrees available for us gf folks and the menu is heavy on soy and corn products which tend to cross-react for those of us who are extra sensitive. They carry lovely desserts mainly from Vegan Vees and sometimes Khan's which are DELICIOUS and usually have fresh pressed juices which is a plus! Worth checking out but expect a wait in the evenings.

My husband and I loved this place! Food was fresh and full of flavor. It is a small resturant, so plan to wait a bit if u go on Friday or Saturday night. It reminded us of a place u find in Austin...quirky and eclectic :)

The food was good. I had the black bean squash tacos. The server checked to see if I had a gluten allergy or was gluten intolerant so they could be safe with cross contamination. Lots of gf desserts to choose from.
