I had a vegan, gluten free BLT Sandwich with a cup of Vegetable Soup today. It was good, although I would have rather had bacon than toasted coconut. The bread is sourced from Shambala Bakery, a dedicated gluten free bakery in Mount Vernon, so it is definitely safe.

Revising my review a day later. Often I don’t feel the effect of cross contamination until the next day. I believe there is cross contamination here.

Vegan, gluten free BLT Sandwich with toasted coconut replacing the bacon. Side of veggie soup. I ate the other half before I thought of taking a photo.

Vegan and gluten free! Had the gluten free scone and it was delicious. Had the vegan and gluten free grilled cheese sandwich with vegetable soup. Everything was very tasty! There are breads here that are not GF, so if you are worried about cross contamination, I would ask how or if they mitigate this.

Items are labeled GF but no effort to prevent cross contamination and the Chai I got was bland.

Vegan cafe with some GF offerings. I had a cookie, which was not well segregated from the other baked goods, and it was definitely cross-contaminated. Perhaps a dedicated GF shelf in their case and dedicated GF kitchen tools would be helpful.
