My DH and I went here because First Awakenings was full. I had read the mixed reviews but decided to try it anyway. I’m celiac, dx 17 years ago, DH is not. Service was a bit slow but I think that was because there was only one waitress and one bus person. It’s a small place and if you want to ensure your ability to eat, you’ll need to be flexible with eating there or take out but I believe it’s totally worth it!
I had the gf waffles with butter and syrup. They were WONDERFUL! because I’ve been GF for so long I can take some cross contamination issues once in a while without any kind of reaction. I did not have a reaction from the waffles. I will totally go there again when I am in town. My DH had the club sandwich which was different than what he was expecting. He said it was very good, just not what he thought it was going to be.
