This is the safest place you can eat in Wayne County! The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac, and goes above and beyond to make sure your meal is safe from cross-contamination. They use a separate toaster, cutting board, and pan for gluten free food. They also usually have a super delicious gluten free & vegan pastry of some sort. Their coffee is excellent as well. I always stop here when I’m in town. I’ve never gotten sick and I’m very sensitive. Highly recommend!

My son who has Celiac and I (gluten intolerant) had a delicious breakfast! A GF vegan muffin and bacon and egg sandwiches on GF bread. The staff was AWESOME! They called our order “celiac” from start to finish and totally get it. The cashier told the kitchen and then when they delivered our food to the table, restated that they took extra care.

Food was amazing! It was so good that I ordered a second sandwich for the road and they through in a muffin. Lovely people and extra care with the food. Adorable cafe! Go there if you are visiting parks in the area!

They have great gluten free bread on which they can do any of their sandwiches. They do have gluten free muffins etc which are kept separate appropriately in the display from non gluten free food.

Adorable breakfast & lunch place. Open most days 8am-2pm. Quality and quantity was very good. I had the Breakfast plate with gluten free toast. Eggs, spinach, mushrooms, bacon, etc. for only $10. I’m planning to go back tomorrow.

In the middle of nowhere, but on the outskirts of Capital Reef National Park, is this GEM of a restaurant. My GF husband said is the best sandwich he’s eaten in the 10+ years he’s been on this journey. They also had a GF trail cookie that will blow your mind.

We needed a place for gluten-free options. This food was excellent. We ordered breakfast burritos and a few sandwiches. Every one of us loved their food. It took a few minutes to get our order, but it’s hot and fresh! Coffee is great too. My daughter did not get sick after eating there.

What can I say other than everything was AMAZING! We had breakfast and lunch here and both meals were delicious. I’m celiac and had no problems. The owner is super sweet and knowledgeable about gluten. A great experience!

GO HERE. It was amazing. The woman who took my order was so friendly and accommodating and could tell me exactly what I could and could not get. I told her I had celiac disease and she had the chef double check ingredients for me and they cooked my potatoes and other food in it's own pan to avoid cross contact. The food was also incredible. I got the scrambler with sausage and potatoes and a coffee and it was delicious! I am so happy with this cafe and the service I got. I felt very safe and supported here.

Great service and options for gluten free and lactose intolerance

Best find on our road trip!! We ate here 3 times because the food is delish!! Rachel (I think that's right!), the owner is fantastic about preventing cross contamination as much as possible. My daughter had the gf pancakes and them a sandwich later for a late lunch. The food is amazing and she even had gf orange sugar cookies!!

They offer options of GF baked goods and bread for sandwiches. We had scrambled eggs and sugar cookies (which were fresh out of the oven and really delicious). The coffee was great!
