Review of The Wilder Scratch Kitchen

My husband called ahead to ask if they could accommodate my celiac disease, and they assured him they could. They were ready for me when I came in and explained the menu and told me that they have a dedicated fryer. I had the steak special with the wild rice cassoulet on the side and both were excellent. They told me they have gluten-free buns should I have wanted the burger.
