This place is so wonderful!! I am newly diagnosed with Celiac and almost certainly afraid to eat anywhere. They have separate gluten free kitchen to eliminate cross contamination and their goodies are sold in a separate class cabinet. They are super sweet and if there is something you are looking for they will make it to order for you: pizza dough, cakes, pasta, etc. What a Gem!!!

Dedicated kitchen & case are only the beginning of the positive at The Windmill Bakery. This gal not only knows what she's doing to keep you safe but the food.... AMAZING! We sat outside with quiche ; a bacon- cheddar & a Southwest. Both were delicious and the crust (!) so good! We brought home a loaf of sourdough & whoopie pies that were equally delicious. The breads texture, smell & taste were so above the normal GF flavor that I had to force myself to but it away. I recommend you go here & give your taste buds a huge treat.
