I think that they are GF aware but all seems abit rushed, I think because they are a very popular restaurant, alot of shouting going on in the kitchen which is a bit off putting when you're trying to enjoy your food. The food was good and I felt safe because of their understanding of GF.

Gluten Free knowledge is outstanding at The Windmill. Nancy and her family have had special training to do with food intolerances of all kinds. Nothing is a problem and they serve the tastiest food and GF baked goods. This is the best GF cheesecake I have ever had.

Family-run restaurant so experience was amazing and very personal. Nancy and her team knew exactly what was gf on the menu and could modify plenty of options to suit me. Was given gf pita instead of gluten bread and had my own butter and dips. Very clued up on cc. Went back twice because it was so good!
