We do what we can to provide a GF experience in our Restaurant, but be aware there is gluten present in our kitchen.
On safety—We make all of our Gluten Free pizza bases in store. Before we start for the day the first thing we do is clean down all equipment and make our GF bases. Once this is done they are allowed to proof and then we par bake them in a completely separate oven in our restaurant. We have a coeliac daughter so we understand the precautions required to try to make GF safe. All of our products are chosen for their GF safety. We make our own BBQ sauce to ensure it is also GF. Our tomato sauce is simply tomatoes and spices that are GF. We have specific pre cautions when dealing with a Coeliacs order-change gloves, clean surfaces, cook items in separate oven or deep fryer, separate GF pizza cutter etc. Our Fries are also GF.
