Staff seemed somewhat informed. Waitress had to check with the kitchen a few times. I had a salad and my son (also Celiac) had a burger with GF bun and a side salad, as they didn’t have a dedicated fryer. He felt a little weird after, but attributed it to a cold. I wondered if the toasted his bun with regular buns. I felt fine.
