Cross contact appears rampant. They put their bread crumbs and croutons on the counter over and behind the quinoa bowl section which is supposed to be gluten free. After seeing them scoop bread crumbs and carry the scoop over the supposed gluten free ingredients onto Mac and cheese, we were too spooked to order.
No GF training at all and the manager was rude about it. I ended up tossing my lunch so I wouldn't get sick.
A regular here! I’ve never had an issue with coffee, smoothies or sandwiches on GF bread. They always use a piece of parchment paper to protect from contamination, change gloves, and won’t cut your sandwich if you’re sensitive to contamination. It is still in a shared space and I don’t believe they pull fresh ingredients if that concerns you, but I’m very sensitive and have never had an issue.
I’ve eaten at this location a couple of times with generally good results, however there was an error and I ended up eating half of a standard sandwich when I had ordered gluten free (I blame myself as well for not recognizing it until a couple bites in). Food is very good and they’re generally careful and caring of people’s restrictions.
