Super cute bakkery in the heart of Gouda where you will be welcomed with a smile. Bernadet, the owner, knows what she is talking about. Although the pastries are not baked separately, my children, who both have celiac disease, have never had any problems. The gluten-free cakes are so tasty and indistinguishable from the real thing. The chance that they are sold out is therefore quite high. It doesn't hurt to call first. A gluten-free lunch is also an option.
