They always have delicious, home made gluten free muffins made with their specialty olive oil, so delicius and heart friendly. This is my one reliable stop for gluten free muffins in Waynesville ♡ I haven't tried their sandwiches or salads, but i have a feeling those are pretty darn good vause thd menu lpoks amazing. The only other cafe in town with healthy gf sandwiches usually has a line out the door, but this place is new so you can get your healthy gf food faster, til everyone else finds out of course.
