I love this place!! All of the workers are so knowledgeable (I asked if any of the muffins were gluten free and was told the blueberry one was but it was produced in a non-GF facility so it could be contaminated). Their food is amazing, I had a grilled cheese and it was so good!! Their coffees are really good too and I honestly can’t say enough about how cute the shop is. Amazing people, amazing food, amazing vibes!

The staff (especially owner Kathy) are very knowledgeable and accommodating of allergies. They even made me a custom gf df sandwich. They are awesome! I highly recommend.

All pies are gluten free - yum! They also sell health things like gf oats, cookies, lotions, makeup, etc.

We enjoyed their sandwiches, soup, salad and pie on 2 separate occasions. They use a separate toaster for their gluten free bread and all their pies are gluten free! The staff was knowledgeable and put us at ease that our lunch would truly be gluten free.

They have soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps and cookies gf. Also the service is really fast ( under 5 min ) and people working there is very nice.
