Ordered from the gluten sensitive menu and told the waitress I am celiac. My food was good and they made sure to let me know I couldn’t have the appetizer ordered by others at my table. I’m sensitive and had no reaction

They have a separate GF menu and said that they use correct handling techniques for GF. I have asymptomatic celiacs, so not sure if I got glutened or not.

The waitress said she would alert the cooks to clean and prep the space for my food upon preparation. I don’t believe this happened. I experienced cross contamination here.
