Not celiac safe. I didn’t end up ordering anything because they couldn’t prepare anything in a safe way based on the Qs I asked.
They checked if the oat milk in their smoothies was GF and let me look at the carton—doesn’t say GF anywhere on it.
They said the GF toast is made using the same knife, cutting board, and toaster as the regular bread.
The grains and greens meals could have cross contamination because they prepared ingredients are used in both Gf and wheat-containing salads.
Looks like some great options for gluten intolerant folks who aren’t sensitive, but unfortunately not for people with celiac disease! Staff was friendly and helpful.
