I reviewed the menu in advance and they had GF options. I called the restaurant and explained I was celiac and asked if I could have the GF French toast and they said yes / just tell the server you are celiac and we will take care of you. When we arrived I asked the front cashier before we grabbed a table, if the GF French bread was safe and she went to the back to ask the cook. She came back and said no. I than asked about the chili and she came back and said no. I than asked what could I eat and she came back and said nothing - they couldn’t guarantee anything was safe. We were driving from far away so it’s very frustrating to not be able to eat when we arrived and especially since the bake GF bread!! Since they are in the GF business they should make an effort to accommodate celiacs at their restaurant or make a note on the website they can’t.
