Review of Thorndale Meat Market

All of the meat and barbecue sauce is made in house using gluten free ingredients. Roxy was amazing in helping to make sure I knew exactly what was in it. We joked after I could make the whole meal myself! Steer clear from the obvious suspects: Mac and cheese, dessert and bread. Be VERY clear that you do not want a slice of bread with your meat platter. The moist brisket is delicious.
