One gets the sense Thorpe park have implemented the minimum possible to at least appear on paper to have addressed your allergen concerns. But the website, while listing which restaurants in the park cater to which dietary constraints, fail to provide online menus or allergy cards. The mobile app is even worse, listing nothing about any restaurants, forcing you to walk around to each restaurant inquiring after their allergy card. The two we did couldn’t produce one and were required to rely on tribal knowledge of some senior staff member to advise us if we could eat gluten free and which dishes were offered. Do yourself a favour and pack all your food for the day if coming here, or find another park with a better GF strategy.
