Nearly entire menu is GF (their oats are not advised for celiacs). The food is good and I like having an easy and reliable option for takeaway. The only downside is that the portion sizes can be unpredictable.

Went here a couple times for both breakfast and lunch as the food was healthy and tasty, quick and affordable, as well as great for someone with celiac.

Staff knew about coeliac disease and cross-contamination issues. I have coeliac disease and have enjoyed their Beast Bowl and Thriving Bowl without issue. Excellent food.

They've started adding wraps to their menu, no longer dedicated GF!
Fully GF menu so no cross contamination concerns, and great food too. Fast service for lunch.

Loved this quick service cafe. Plenty of options if you are looking for healthy food. We had breakfast; protein pancakes and classic breakfast bowls. All tasty and quick! We went to one in the mall in a food court.

This dedicated gluten free chain offers a decent sized menu and calls out other allergens in each item.
Great when you need to grab a quick lunch in the city, although I find quality can vary day to day.
Be warned that the ready meals they sell in supermarkets are not coeliac friendly as they may they may contain traces of gluten.

Plenty of delicious options & totally gluten free!
This chain has been contacted by Coeliac Australia multiple times for falsely claiming they are “always gluten free” however they use ingredients that have ‘may contain’ statements, have menu items with oats, etc etc. Not Safe.
