This is a restaurant, pizzeria, distillery, and bar in 4 different store fronts in a row in downtown Farmington. I ate a gf pizza one night and a gf sandwich another at the restaurant. Funny enough, I got the Albuquerque Turkey option at both. They were both really good and no reaction. I will be back when I come back in November. The lady at the counter in the pizzeria and the waitress were both super friendly and knowledgeable. There is no dedicated fryer in the restaurant, so I ordered a baked potato.
Any of the sandwiches/burgers can be ordered with a gluten free bun. The sweet potato fries are fried in a separate fryer (I've never had a problem)
This is actually three restaurants in one area, but the kitchens are separate. The pizza restaurant has gluten free option that is baked separate from gluten. But the regular restaurant doesn’t have gluten free option unless you get a burger with no bun.
Went with my family and had a wonderful experience!! I had their gluten free burger (bun was delicious) & fries. The regular fries and sweet potato fries are fried in a dedicated fryer. It was the first time since I was diagnosed with Celiac that I was able to enjoy a real burger and fries. I am itching to go back!
Gluten free crust was great. It was personal-sized which was nice so my son had his dedicated pizza that didn't make him sick.
