This is NOT a gluten-free establishment. Their website states that the products without gluten are made in the SAME SPACE as gluten containing products. I would not trust it.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

I stopped in today thinking there would be gf items, but there was only one option. It was a muffin in a shared display with the other bakery treats. Cross-contamination was a certainty. The staff told me that they did not have or make gluten-free bread to sub for sandwiches. I do not recommend this place at all. I went there out of my way while on a long road trip and I regret it. Total waste of time.

Highly recommend! The staff are very knowledgeable about their gluten-free items. They offer a selection of fresh-baked gluten-free pastries that are to die for! They can also make most of their sandwiches gluten-free. I am unsure if they use shared equipment, but did not have any issues after eating the sandwich I ordered.

Three Twigs has the best gluten free bread and treats! So many great options. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Their flavors and items change monthly. Now they have a Sunday brunch that usually has a gluten free friendly option. They also have coffee drinks that look and smell amazing (I can't drink coffee so I haven't tried them).
