Totally separate kitchen for gf. The owner is vary aware of cross contamination and celiac disease as well as being vary friendly. Food was quick and made on the spot so you get nice hot pasta. Food was great as well.

Amazing pasta, amazing sauces and an even more amazing owner. He cooked the gluten free pasta (fresh from a separate bag that he showed us) in a separate area of the kitchen, away from all other ingredients. He washed his hands before he began preparation and made my son’s gluten free pasta first - without multi tasking -to ensure no cross contamination. All of us - even those without celiac - loved our meal. We are returning again tomorrow. Cutest place in town for a wonderful meal.

Had a wonderfull experience eating here. The glutenfree pasta was made completely serperate form the other pasta's. The pasta was very very good! You could really taste that the ingredients were really fresh! I absolutely recommend this place if you are visting Bruges.

The owner was lovely, sympathised with me about how tricky it is being GF and reassured me he kept everything separate.

There are two GF flavours available, bolognaise or tomato sauce with GF penne pasta. The portions are very generous, even with a small.

Bruno, was incredibly knowledgeable and aware of celiac and gluten allergies, he washed his hands multiple times and all the tools he used to ensure a clean preparation area. I felt very safe eating here he makes delicious gluten free pasta as well as amazing salads ! I would return for sure and recommend this spot to anyone gluten free or not ! This was one of the first meals in Bruges where I felt confident that what I was getting was gluten free.
