I ordered online and got a roll of sushi and a side of white rice with a message saying it had to be gluten free. They called to tell me the sushi contained gluten. They said they couldn't refund me the money and said I had to pick an alternative. So I said fine, whatever, give me $6 worth of extra rice, because that was the only thing I could find on the online menu I could even eat. When I picked up the order there was only the one carton of rice inside. A side of rice was $3 so there should have been 3. Instead they literally just robbed me of $6. I'm glad they prevented me from eating gluten but mostly just pissed off and disappointed by the whole experience.
Judging by the other reviews, they may have more options in person, but I would definitely advise against ordering online.
