It’s not as good as other Thai places. Pad Thai has thin noodles. It’s always empty when I go… not sure how they stay in business.

Delicious and safe! The manager explained immediately before we ordered to avoid everything fried because of cross contamination. Some items on the menu say "GF" that are fried so just avoided those. Alert them of your allergy/celiac and they will clean the space.

Thudsuan is amazing! We ended up going here twice during our trip for dinner and were impressed both times. The man we spoke to, I believe he was the owner, was very knowledgeable about what is able to be made GF and what is not, as well as letting me know that they do use a shared fryer in case I needed to be careful of cross contamination. He also was able to let me know which sauces were GF. I had the pad thai the first time and it was to die for, excellent peanut sauce as well. Most everything is able to be made gluten free and is all high quality and delicious!

This is the best cheap Thai that caters to celiacs that I’ve found in the city.

This has become my family‘s favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle. Almost everything on their menu can be made gluten-free. I wish they would indicate this on their online menu, but we check with them on the phone each time we order, and they are clearly very aware of gluten sensitivities. I have never had any trouble whatsoever when they’ve told me a dish will be gluten free.

Comprehensively annotated menu + accommodating staff. Gluten free breaded chicken!
This is my favorite Thai spot in the city. More than half their menu is gluten-free by default. The menu has gluten-free signifiers that let you easily find things you can eat. It’s a family-owned business and service is always top notch.
